I bought Ziggy from Pat DeNardo at a little over one year of age. She was appropriately named by Pat and zigged and zagged throughout her competitive career. Pat now has another young golden hopeful named FC Windbreakers Premiun Vintage. Vinny made last years National Derby list and has finished his FC in October of 1997.
Ziggy made the National Derby List and became Qualifed Open All Age in the last field trial before she turned two years of age. She once won 4 Amateurs in a row, but when she was bad, she was very very bad. In the fifth Amateur she ran, I had to go out in the field to find her. She was always spectacular to watch. She qualified for many National Amateurs, and several National Opens as well. Ziggy was bred to COTTON several times and produced a high percentage of field titled offspring including:
