SHIPPING PROCEDURES

During the summer months puppies are shipped from Chicago's O'hare field, Milwaukee's Mitchell field or Detroit Metro Airport. In the winter, we ship out of Valdosta, Georgia via Atlanta. This is a very reliable commuter service with ASA - a Delta connection Airlines.

We prefer to use American Priority Parcel, Delta Dash, US Air PDQ, Continental Quik Pack, or Northwest Airlines. These are special handling services allowing us to dropoff and you to pickup your pup at the passenger area rather than the cargo area. Using these services reduces the amount of time that the puppy has to be crated. Cost of shipping using the Special Handling Services above is $250 including crate, airfare, interstate health certificate, and ground transportation.

We make all shipping arrangements trying to adjust to the consignee's schedule by arranging a mutually convenient arrival date. It is usually best to ship in the early morning , so pup arrives late morning or early afternoon, if possible.

Note: Shipping requires an official health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of shipping. Airlines do not allow us to make final arrangements more than 24 hours in advance of shipping.
