LEA'S puppies are being raised
by Carole Sullivan and her family in Elmhurst, Illinois. The Sullivans and their children do an excellent job of raising and socializing pups. Linda Waco and/or I (Jackie Mertens) will do the final evaluation and placement at 7 weeks of age. Pups will be picked up at the Wacos in McHenry, Illinois.
LEA and JACK have been bred in hopes of producing an exceptional

The LEA and JACK pups should be capable of competing in Hunt Tests, Obedience, Agility,
Search & Rescue and be exceptional Family companions and Hunters. Both LEA and JACK
are healthy, sound retrievers with pleasant temperaments, good looks and
classic Golden personalities as well as strong genetic and health back rounds.
They are both excellent house dogs.
LEA is a 55-pound medium gold bitch. She is sired by the outstanding
producer AFC Emberain Rugby WCX OS FDHF. Rugby was an Outstanding sire and competitor. LEA'S mother is - SPIDER - MACH 2 in Agility, MH and Qualified All age. These are very significant titles for this Golden girl.
JACK is a wonderful dark red golden. He is sired by OTCH Tanbark's True Grit UDX2 - a multiple High In Trial Obedience Champion. His Dam is: SHR U-CDX Chasser's Pleasant Speaker JH WCX CDX CCA OD
Jack's hips are rated OFA Excellent.
According to Jack's owner "Jack excels in Obedience. Two years in a row, Jack has qualified for the National Obedience Invitational. In 2010, he competed for the National Obedience Championship in Los Angeles.and is qualified to go again in 2011.
When Angie (Jack's owner) has any time to spare she and Jack dabble in field training and have a JUNIOR HUNTER TITLE and a WC.
